Planning for a Better Boat Harbour Beach Community Workshop
A community planning workshop will be held Sunday, December 11th from 10.00am to 3.00pm at the Boat Harbour School Hall.
We want to work with you to develop a plan that will shape A Better Boat Harbour Beach. At the moment, the area doesn’t work as well as it could and this creates a number of safety, infrastructure, access and parking issues. We want to take a planned approach to address the present issues and respond, if possible, to the aspirations of those who live, visit, work and play in the area. This all begins with understanding all the issues and what you think Boat Harbour Beach should and could be like in the future.
A community planning workshop will be held Sunday, December 11th from 10.00am to 3.00pm at the Boat Harbour School Hall. We’d like representatives from all the groups, organisations and community who influence or will be influenced by what happens at Boat Harbour Beach to come together and share their thoughts, ideas and preferred future for the area.
This is your opportunity to shape the future, learn more about the area, meet new people and have fun as well. The session will be independently facilitated and the consultant planners along with a number of agencies, Councillors and Council staff will also be present.
If you would like to discuss any aspect of the project or workshop please contact Amanda Davison on 64438318.
We look forward to working with you to plan A Better Boat Harbour Beach.
